Nearly everyone is a fan of Theory. The contemporary label has been loved for a few years now, and their long sleeved t-shirts are among the softest I own. Their sample sale kicked off yesterday, and while there’s a lot to choose from now, I suggest hitting it today before the weekend crowd starts in. Chunky sweaters (hey, you can store ‘em!) and sleek trousers abound!

The inventor of the wrap dress has expanded her line like crazy in recent seasons. I love DVF because any shape or age can wear it, and the thought of snagging a few go-to dresses on sale really tickles my fancy. Gucci is pretty generous with first cuts, so I suggest getting what your little handbag lovin’ heart desires now instead of waiting for another markdown. Yes, I have witnessed mind blowing savings with second markdowns, but this isn’t something that always happens. There isn’t a ton of selection at gucci.com, but you can always call your boutique store for more info on what’s on sale.

Jessica Simpson hightailed it to Cabo following the surprise wedding of her little sister. It looks like the sun did her some good too; check out those killer gams! I am also loving her Jessica Simpson handbag, which is available at Dillard’s stores in the U.S. Does anyone know where to get JS handbags outside of the States? I know there are a lot of internationals that would be interested!

Another great Botkier handbag on sale at lisakline.com. This one is the less mainstream Bot-Cleo Tote. Made of delish glazed Italian lambskin, the purse is incredibly soft. I recently found a boutique that had a heavy supply of Botkier bags (before this, I’d only seen a few sparingly at Neiman’s and the like), and I have to tell you, the quality seems pretty amazing. Soft, smooshy leathers, and polished, refined hardware are qualities that make or break a handbag for me. Botkiers have both in spades. The Bot-Cleo Tote would work for the office or the weekend, and the large bracelet handle makes a great statement piece.
